My experience with customer service was pleasant. They kept me updated throughout the process. The ring got to me so quickly. However, my original design couldn’t be made even after reviewing the proposal and paying the asking price. They then pivoted to something extremely similar so i wasn’t that phased, but then i was also told it wouldn’t be possible to do anything like my original design! Definitely upset with that and bummed out! I ended up with a very sleek and timeless piece in the end, not what intended or wanted in the first place but it does look beautiful and feels like very good quality.
