The process from beginning to end was easy and I appreciate the quick turn around on receiving my jewelry. They took my sketches and designed a pair of earrings and a bracelet. I love them! Thank you! The box my jewelry arrived in was pretty as well. I would have preferred to communicate with a live person sometimes vs 100% electronically because I like making the connection with people. That's just my preference and does not limit the 5 stars I gave Custom Made. I had to send the bracelet back to get resized, and that process was fast and easy. I think overall this is a great company to use for your jewelry designs and I would use them again. I'm thinking about a necklace/pendant now. Thank you, Tracy
