I will be super honest in my review. So We needed a naked buttercream cake which this shop can provide. Good prices and good quantity for my small wedding. We then had a major hiccup with the liability form which the hotel refused to sign. We struggled to get in touch with someone from their customer team via email and phone until I made a big review on google and they then emailed me. They clarified their reasons and I was left with one option which is to sign the form myself and take responsibility for the food they are making. That stressed me out but I worked it out. the cake was delivered in timely manner (driver sent a message and phoned) and was okay tasting. It was not anything spectacular. which to be fair at that point I just wanted a cake to be served to my guests. So I would say 1. customer service can be improved- especially their email reply system. 2. cake option/prices delivery: good. 3. Cake quality: Okay but not amazing. thanks
