Cake was good but delivered to the bride a day late! Customer service was terrible. After a failed delivery when the recipient was in, the only option I was offered was to pay for another delivery charge for a second attempt on the same day! I pointed out this was the responsibility of C and S, not the customer. The customer service lady was young, naive and had no authority other than keep repeating that the computer says 'no'. Sadly, after being a loyal customer for a few years I've found a new cake/brownie supplier and already found them to be more friendly, and accomodating. Shame.
