*update: they rang me today out of the blue to apologise for The courier delay and their customer service mistakes. Gave me a full refund. The cake was delicious. Had it arrived on time, it would be 5 Star The cake arrived 4 hrs late after the party had finished. With a very upset little girl. Customer service was impossible to get hold of on the day. They replied to my email 3 days later and refused to refund me for the useless cake. They did refund the delivery cost which was immaterial. The credit card claim against them is still ongoing. The small slice I tried was delicious, but don’t expect it to be there when you need it.
