I recently ordered a Brownie Box for a relative who had come out of Hospital. He didn’t know who they were from despite my typing a gift message. A similar thing happened when I ordered an afternoon tea box for a different person. Based on this it can’t be 5 stars - not sure if and where the message is included but perhaps this needs a rethink? Both items were enjoyed so in terms of quality and taste alone it would have been 5/5.
