Due to the way your company changed the way they charge for delivery where I was originally in for a early afternoon delivery it was then put out to possibly end of the day with and from having an eta of around 12-2 I was then advised that nothing further could be done. I had to cancel my delivery and my wife didn’t get a birthday cake due to this. Overall I was very disappointed
