While I was happy with the afternoon tea I ordered for my elderly mother in law for her birthday, I was very disappointed with the delivery service. An email from Cutter and Squidge told me the delivery day, while the delivery service told me via email it would be delivered another date. There was no one available to speak to at Cutter and Squidge. My delivery instructions were ignored, so my sister in law had to collect the delivery from a local store.
