Lemon drizzle cake is packed with flavour and cuts through the sweetly decorated top but the sponge was not as light and airy as I prefer. The ordering and delivery process is very easy and reliable and the cake was boxed securely, which is a good job as the delivery driver was holding it by a corner of the courier plastic packaging and had it hanging down from his hand!
