I had bought these for my me, my daughter & 11 yr old g'daughter for our celebration coronation weekend. It was very late in the day when they were delivered in a damaged box. The cooling sachet was warm and the cupcakes were sweating. However we opened them up to dry and we still ate them! The brownies in the same parcel were in good condition (and delicious). These things happen at such a busy time and not your fault.
