Disaster - I ordered 2 cakes which with delivery costs were together over £81. It was for a specific purpose, to be delivered on. Saturday. First it claimed it was delivered, with Photo. It had not been delivered , the photo was of a different house door. When I located the house door the owner said she had directed that the correct one was across the road, but it was not delivered . It apparently was delivered the next day, not fresh and left by the house gate. The whole point was that it be delivered Saturday, when we were at our friends. It defeated the whole purpose. I wrote to the company, they have never responded, no customer service, no reimbursement, 2 cakes delivered on the wrong day, not fresh, at a cost of £81 ! .. I will never use them again.
