Placed order for a birthday and it was not delivered, even though order and payment all went through. Day after due to be delivered I chased up to be told there was a technical issue. £5 off my next order!!! There will not be a next order, As there was no indication of a glitch to me then no alterative birthday delivery was arranged! I would not be able to trust their ordering process again!
