First time ordering from you due to my daughter's cows milk and soya allergy. Cake arrived promptly and packaged well. Cake looked amazing and icing tasted great, however unfortunately the sponge cake itself was very dry and don't feel it was very fresh. Which was such a shame, my daughter had one slice but it was just not edible. Gutted as we heard such good things about your company and shared with my 14k followers on Instagram. I however did not share our disappointment, as I wanted to feedback to yourselves first before sharing negativity, as we may have been unlucky.
