The cake was really nice- however, the service wasn’t great. We wanted to pick up the cake from the shop since we were not sure what time we would be home that day. We were told that there were only 5 options for cake if we wanted to pick it up at the store- I did not understand why, surely all they had to do was get the cake from online to the store where we could pick it up (I made the call weeks in advance, so they had enough time to coordinate this). We had to change plans for a full day birthday day out just to stay home and wait for the cake to arrive… which was a shame.
