Mixed experience. We didn't get the "specific time" add-on since it's confusing that you have to pay an additional fee just so your purchase can be delivered on time, and ordered a month before hoping that they will deliver it early in the morning (since they got a lot of time to prep for it), but they still delivered it late in the afternoon (which was a little disappointing).
The actual cake and brownies was amazing. But the whole experience was not the best.
