A glitch on the website allowed me to make an early transaction on Christmas sweetmeats before customer services came promptly back in an e-mail of apology with a peacemaking offer in its place. It was a warming gesture I will save to spend on something special soon. An additional problem in received quantity of my order was rapidly rectified in generous goodwill.
