Even though the product itself was lovely and enjoyed when it arrived it was extremely frustrating that a Mother's Day Afternoon Tea that I paid £9 extra to be delivered on the Sunday ON Mother's Day arrived the day after. I also put in the delivery notes to leave in the enclosed porch or with a neighbour and it was left outside the door. It wasn't noticed until they arrived back and it had rained slightly. Also other than the link to leave a review afterwards there was no response to my delivery query on Sunday, or until now. I specifically ordered from here so it was delivered on Mother's Day....and it wasn't.
