Can you do a no star review?
Delivery just left somewhere, no accurate POD. Customer Service just fob you off. Probably great cakes etc, but no idea. If you are looking for a reliable supplier that will deliver, especially to businesses, I would recommend going elsewhere. You pay a premium for decent delivery and service and.....nothing. Such a shame, but essentially it's a people thing and they don't want to help if something goes wrong.
