When I moved six months ago, I wanted to purchase a quality piece of bedroom furniture that would last. I could have easily found something cheap that would work in the short term but that wasn't what I wanted. I spent double the price to purchase from Daal's because they provided a 12 month warranty among other things. I wasn't impressed with how long the assembly took but I again thought it would be worth it. After 5 months, my bed frame cracked at the headboard in a way that is both unsightly and structurally vulnerable. I reported this to Daal's since this would obviously be covered under the warranty. Instead of honoring the warranty they tout on their website, they took eons to respond to my emails only to blame me for their faulty product. This shows their poor customer service and lack of faith into their cheaply made, overpriced products. Stay away from this company, you'd be better off buying from Ikea or Wayfair.
