Terrible customer service and communication. Ordered an item to wait 10 working days with nothing arriving. I contacted them, couldn’t help me, didn’t know why it hadn’t arrived. Then get an email an hour later, telling me they’ve cancelled my order as they don’t deliver to my area, even though their website allowed it and even charged me a rural delivery fee. Fine you don’t deliver here but why does it take you two weeks to realise that? Why did you not email me the next day and refund me? Rubbish company. Avoid.
