With some items rcvd vacuum packed I fail to see how I can achieve this . I have emailed back for someone to pick it up assembled and do a partial refund . Avoid sofas at all costs unless you want to order a torture devise UPDATE: Cannot be returned or even get a partial refund as I cannot get the packaging in original condition and guarantee that the company can sell it again at full cost . So if you were trying to save by getting a comfy sofa AVOID as this is not comfy and returns conditions are impossible
