🚨 Terrible Experience with DAALS🚨
I’m beyond frustrated with the absolutely appalling service I’ve received from Daals. I purchased a bed that arrived with missing parts and poor quality. Despite my immediate communication about these issues, their customer service has been nothing short of a nightmare.
After weeks of back-and-forth, they’ve refused to issue a refund, claiming that modifications I had to make due to the missing parts invalidate any assistance. To add insult to injury, they’ve dragged this out so long that they’re now saying it’s outside their 30-day return period – which only happened because of their delays!
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I’ve dealt with many lovely, responsive businesses, but this one is shockingly bad. I’ve been left out of pocket with a defective product and no resolution in sight.
If you’re considering buying from Daals, think twice! I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. 😡
