I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with daals. I initially called to cancel my order before the delivery was attempted, yet my request was completely ignored. Despite my proactive efforts to avoid unnecessary issues, the delivery went ahead anyway, and now I’m being charged an outrageous £80 for a missed delivery fee.
This charge is unacceptable, especially considering I made every effort to cancel the order beforehand. It’s clear my concerns and requests weren’t taken seriously, and I feel this is a poor way to treat customers.
To make matters worse, the lack of accountability and customer service has left me feeling frustrated and unheard. I expected better communication and a fair resolution, but instead, I’m stuck dealing with unfair fees and delays in getting my refund.
I wouldn’t recommend daals to anyone based on this experience, and I hope they take steps to improve how they handle cancellations and treat their customers in the future.
