I bought a rug from Daals for my living room, thinking it would be a solid investment and support a smaller business. Big mistake. It sheds constantly. Every time I vacuum, I’m pulling out a full canister of wool. It’s so bad I have to vacuum every other day just to keep it manageable.
The shedding isn’t just confined to the rug—it’s everywhere. In my food, my bed, my ventilation system, even in my dog’s food. It’s wreaking havoc on my household, and my family member’s asthma has gotten worse because of it. I’ve had to replace filters in my vacuum, air purifier, and ventilation system. All of this because of a rug.
But the real kicker is the customer service. They didn’t care about my issue at all. I sent them a video showing the ridiculous shedding, and after weeks of dealing with them, they just said the rug wasn’t faulty and wouldn’t help me. One rep offered me a vague 15%, but never explained what it was for. Complete waste of time and money. Oh, forgot to mention - they suggested I send it back and pay for delivery. WHAT?
I threw the rug away, but now I’m out a lot of money and still need to buy a new rug. Plus, I’ve spent money fixing my gadgets and dealing with health issues. Stay away from Daals. They don’t care about their customers, and their product is a disaster.
