Dreadful service. No communication from them and emails not returned.
Fit to fly results arrived after we had landed, despite following instructions.
Had to purchase last minute tests and a huge cost as the results were delayed. Despite priority posting - it took over 48hrs for them to receive them at the laboratory. Still waiting for a response and refund. I would sadly advise to avoid this company as a complete waste of money and time.
Appears to not be the only story like this.
