“The kit was shipped four months after purchase; Additional £16 was charged for customs despite the fact that I ordered on a UK website; the kit has expiry date one month from now which means that by the time they process it, they will be doing it with an expired kit. And to top it all: they are not answering mails and no phone number to contact them”

Your stated turnaround time of 8 weeks has long passed, and my repeated attempts to reach your customer support have gone unanswered. This is not just a delay. This is a breach of trust.
Your company represents a field that inspires hope and transformation, yet your actions undermine the very principles your brand should embody: integrity, professionalism, and care for your customers.
I have requested a refund not just because of the delay but because trust has been broken. To regain credibility, businesses must recognize when they’ve failed and go above and beyond to make things right. As of now, there has been no acknowledgment or resolution, and that speaks volumes.

“I bought a kit on the promise that they would supply results in 8 weeks. That deadline has passed, and they do not respond to me emails. The kit is for an 90+ individual with health issues. They do not care about honoring their promises and their clients' situations. If you research this scam company, you will see that people wait over a year and a half for their results, and are still waiting. Avoid, do not work with them. Save yourself money and unnecessary headaches.”

“My partner and I sent off our PCR fit to fly tests on Wednesday 15th December to fly on Friday 17th December. My fit to fly Email came to me on Saturday afternoon 18th. I had to pay £215 to get another test so I could fly. My partners arrived 10 minutes before the flight check in closed. This caused huge amount of stress and will NEVER use Dante again. Thank you to Mohammed from Customer service who was nice on the phone but no one from customer services were able to help or provide an alternative solution to me. I had to phone around to get another pcr test done! Terrible service actually zero service DO NOT USE DANTE LABS”
“If I could write a review with zero stars I would. Absolute scammers. Received Fit to Fly Certificate from them after the flight left, despite it being sent to them 3 days previous with a 24 hour turn around service advertised. No answer to my chasing emails to their Customer Service until 11pm the night before the flight, when they finally acknowledged they'd just started processing it. Didn't get the certificate until 9.40am the next day, after the flight had left. Had to go to a private clinic to be able to fly, paying an extra £50.”

“DO NOT USE - I purchased the Fit to Fly test to return to canada (thank god I last minute also purchased a kit from eurofin!). I took them both on the same day, sent them both off on the same day in the same postbox - guess who i've not even had 'acknowledgment the kit has arrived at the labs', from? Dante Labs of course! Thank god I had a second Fit to Fly from Eurofin Labs - they were amazing - DO NOT USE DANTE LABS. I would have missed £1k in flights...Eurofin gave me results 24hrs after I posted the test and were amazing with customer support. My flight goes tomorrow!”
“Very slow delivery
I ve order day 5 test to release, but they were soo slow so i got the test on day 7 ,doesn't matter i ve ordered my test on day 2 , i ve done the test and send it back quickly hooping i will get the results faster but seems they are slow with everything .im on my last day off self-isolating and still no answer from them.i ve paid for test to release for nothing because i couldn't stop my isolation. Don't trust them and don't waste your time with them”
