If I could write a review with zero stars I would. Absolute scammers. Received Fit to Fly Certificate from them after the flight left, despite it being sent to them 3 days previous with a 24 hour turn around service advertised. No answer to my chasing emails to their Customer Service until 11pm the night before the flight, when they finally acknowledged they'd just started processing it. Didn't get the certificate until 9.40am the next day, after the flight had left. Had to go to a private clinic to be able to fly, paying an extra £50.
