My partner and I sent off our PCR fit to fly tests on Wednesday 15th December to fly on Friday 17th December. My fit to fly Email came to me on Saturday afternoon 18th. I had to pay £215 to get another test so I could fly. My partners arrived 10 minutes before the flight check in closed. This caused huge amount of stress and will NEVER use Dante again. Thank you to Mohammed from Customer service who was nice on the phone but no one from customer services were able to help or provide an alternative solution to me. I had to phone around to get another pcr test done! Terrible service actually zero service DO NOT USE DANTE LABS
