My first order with this company and I guarantee it will be my last. I placed an order for 3 metal bird planters and my credit card was promptly charged for this purchase. Note: I never received an order confirmation. After several weeks and hearing nothing, I logged into my account and see they've entered I'd not placed an order! It's been back and forth several times via email, getting nowhere, and they keep asking the same canned questions. It doesn't seem to matter that I attached...TWICE... a screen shot of the charge on my credit card. They don't acknowledge that at all. I'm giving them one more day....then they'll be reported to my credit card company. Really bad business practices and little regard for their customers.
