I was recently contacted by Deeside Insurance that the company that insured our home no longer covered flood damage. It was made quite clear to me that it was important to maintain this cover. Ok was advised to try and locate sufficient cover with other insurers. There was no pressure on me to reunite through their company. I feel that they were genuinely concerned and appreciated their honesty and attempts to find the best solution resolution of my situation. A rare experience in my opinion.
