Very happy with these brokers who do what they can in an increasingly difficult and annoying insurance market. People like myself who have never made a claim should not have to face enormous rises in premiums year in year out. In most business transactions loyalty is often rewarded in some way but clearly not in the insurance market. The prices just go on rising. The insurance industry needs to get its act together and start looking after its regular loyal trouble-free customers, not penalising them. But at least Deeside do their best. I would reccommend them to anyone.
