Wost customer service I have ever experienced. I was sold something that is not compatable with my computer thinking the sales team would be able to successfully help me but no they told me to buy something that doesnt even work with my system. They even told me tech support would come out and help me install it...also no. When I called back the ONLY dell representative that helped me was able to point me in the right direction and I was able to successfully purchase what I needed (I did not purchase form Dell obvisouly). That representative told me to call customer care so they could issue a return knowing that it was past the 30 day return policy but they said they would issue a return. I just got off the phone and they said it was past the 30 days. I am now stuck with a wifi card an antenna that I have absoltuely no use for with three representatives telling me different things.
