Dell is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Trust me when I say you are much much better off going to your local computer store and buying your machine from there. This company is too big for its own good. I spent at least 12 hours (this is NOT an exaggeration) with their tech support (after I had already diagnosed the issue) only for them to confirm that it was indeed the issue I had already identified. Then they offered me a replacement part which they actually didn't have in stock!
Then I was forced to pay for another service AND for the replacement part.
Their main message: I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do.
