Their refund time frame is only 30 days, and whey you experience some problems with their computer, they "try" to fix the problems but the fixing time was longer than 30 days since there was one problem after another. So when you realized that they could not fix the problems for you, you already missed the window to get your money back. Once they got your money, the customer service experience became "sorry, I can't refund you, and sorry I don't have the authority to give you a replacement computer either." First time buying a Dell computer, what a mistake!
