Dealing with Dell's customer service is the worst experience ever. I ordered an Alienware laptop with a couple of accessories; credit card problems, hard time communicating in english, denied orders, hours on the phone with customer service, at least ten calls, couldn't get my Dell reward points, ... stress, stress, stress.
