Purchased a dell laptop (hardly used)
Laptop under warranty and I called to find out why it was so slow
India tech kept me on phone over 1 hour
Told me that software was problem and not hardware
I hired office computer tech (company) and within 2 minutes of remote access told me that the hard drive was bad
I paid him $155 to replace hard drive
I called Dell to reload my Microsoft Office - they refused unless I paid them more money
I would never buy another Dell computer again
Outsourcing their tech to India and have their technicians be so incompetent and even argue with me on the phone is unacceptable
