I purchased an All in One Dell P in February 2021. I continues to extremely slow down to painful, un-usable levels. Dell technical support says it's a software issue but will not fix it. They say it is not covered under my one year warranty!!! Seriously! A new computer! Why wouldn't software be covered; a PC is one unit that cannot operate without both hardware and software!!!! and why wasn't I told this by the sales person who sold it to me????? This is very POOR service and very POOR support for the product being sold by DELL. I can't believe that you get away with this. Obviously you have not faith in the software you are using if you won't stand behind it! after 6 months!!!!
CRAPPY PRODUCT AND EVEN MORE CRAPPY SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been lied to several times by your so called service people. They set up times to call and never do! I have better things to do than waiting around for you to call. This is the 3rd day that I've waited ......lies, lies, lies! Unbelievable!!!!!
