Purchased DELL G15 RYZEN EDITION (5515) on August 18 2021.
The first surprise was delivery date Sept 22. The assembly lab is in 4 hours of driving from my location. It was assembled in few days and the saga started. I was trying to get the status of the parcel in two weeks and got lies from absolutely every Dell support person - it's coming in few days, it's coming in few hours. At the end I heard another story from a support guy that computer is assembled in Asia and there delays in transportation. And that's was the red line, cause in history of the product was written it was sent from Toronto.
I asked to recall the package cause I had a feeling I'm not going to get it ever. The answer - we need to send this request to special team cause you cannot return the product when 30 days passed from the shipment date😁
Finally they realized that they lost it. Meaning, all the days I tried to get the status of the package none of 6-7 support guys didn't bother to check that something is wrong. They just kept lying to me.
They haven't sent me appoliggies even.
Years I was buying from Dell, you could call me loyal Dell customer. But enough is enough. The company that allows to itself to lie to its customers should not be on market.
