Wish I had read the online reviews prior to purchase.
I am currently receiving quite possibly the worst customer service from Dell UK.
A computer system has stopped functioning after three months (under warranty) Almost three weeks after reporting this and following extensive and painful correspondence with the technical service team, the machine is still sitting in a box at my address.
Initially I was told that a technician would visit (this didn't happen) I was then sent a box which as yet has not been collected despite daily emails. I have also asked for the formal complaints procedure on three separate occasions, this has been ignored. I am now finding myself having to resort to social media to try to get a resolution.
