If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Bought the XPS 15 in December 2019. After about a year and a half, it wasn't charging properly, so I bought a new power adapter. Still had issues, but I was able to charge it until this past week. I took it to a repair shop only to find out the motherboard is fried, and in turn fried the charging port. I know it's only a one year warranty, but Dell should fix this issue without charging. They're okay with making such an inferior product that their laptops don't even last 2 years.
I'm using my 12 year old Lenovo until something is done.
I DON'T recommend Dell, unless you want a laptop that will fail in 2 years.
