I cant leave a zero or negative number as a score. I have been waiting for my refund. Bought a notebook computer. 1400$. Payment went through in 15 seconds. They had no problem processing the payment. That went through at light speed. They sent me wrong computer entirely. Return is painful and i think thats on purpose. Not what i ordered! 100% their error. I am sick of waiting for my refund. They've ghosted me. Won't answer my emails. Filed a claim with credit card company. This is fraudulent behavior. They are counting on people giving up so they don't have to issue refunds for their errors. Don't wait to claim with credit card company. Dell drags it out intentionally so you lose the option to put in a claim.
