My Dell laptop (XPS 13 7390) has been returned 3 times to Dell for repair of the same issue. The issue is that the screen is completely black and I'm not able to access anything. I've been through all the troubleshooting and the result is to mail it to Dell for repair. This 3rd time, I lost everything that was on my computer. I've written books, have a business and all my data was lost with this last service. Everything gone. It sucks. I would never, ever trust a Dell computer again.
In addition, my laptop will be returned AGAIN to Dell because when I opened it from this last return, it had three dings on the outer case and a chip in the side of it. This laptop has been in Dell service repair the same amount of time as I've had it. Trash computer.
