Dell's customer service is honestly the worst people I have to work with. I purchased a standing desk that arrived with a missing part. I called the manufacture and they indicated that they can send the missing part if a customer representative from Dell reaches out. I called Dell (since I bought the product through the website), they indicated they can do a return for the whole product (110lbs) and cannot just send the missing part. This item has a 5 year warranty so I have no idea how this is going to work moving forward. Dell refused to help with this and offered a 45 dollar credit to find one on my own. The manufacture stated they do not sell individual replacement parts. Dell was no help and the problem is still ongoing. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere even if you have to pay a little more. You willl have more knowledge people thats willing to work with you to solve any problems that may arise. The absolute worst service ever.
