I have had 4 instances about this problem and Dell was not able to resolve it. Your resolution was to reinstall Microsoft Windows. I did this a couple of times, costing me well over 20 hours of work, until I realized that you were incompetent. A quick call to a local technician, who suggested that I may have a default memory RAM chip. Bingo, chip replaced, and no more issues.
Why did YOU, Dell, not recommend to test the memory???
