Had Dell Laptops for years. "NEVER AGAIN". Never delt with such a terrible company. First they sold me a laptop they knew it had issues with hinges. 3 months after purchase hinge broke and also damaged the screen. Contacted Dell and after 2 days of calling and several transfers, they said they would cover hinge but not screen, which hinge broke. finally was told they would cover hinge so I sent laptop for repair. now it took 2 weeks just to get text stating part not available. back to calling and transfers. finally get text stating part is in. week later get another text stating part not in until Aug ( sent for repairs in may). Back to calls and transfers. They would not send me new laptop only refurbished one and Get This old warrantee that did not cover my laptop will be transferred to refurbished laptop. Also in case your wondering, none of the reps I spoke to are in U.S. they have no reps you can deal with in US.. Never again an also making sure company I work for starts looking for another computer company to work with. Like they say "Buy cheap, buy Twice
