This is the second time I got screwed over by dell.
First time was charged twice for computer and after 2-3 months my bank stepped in and filed a charge back, I was charge for that.
Same thing this time, bought 4 ink cartridges and charged for one of them twice.
It's simple, ask them to correct there mistake and if they don't, take them to court and file for all court costs.
I look at there feedback and all I see is complaints [ one star ]
