Dell. website & customer service . The Worst
Looks like CEO: Michael S. Dell (Jan 31, 2007–) with a Revenue: 101.6 billion USD (2022). wants more money outsourcing their job of customer service and technical support in India, when Dell suppose to be American Company, build and service by Americans. Cheap Labor - Sure more money for the Board Directors.
In may case I have a Dell Account, years ago the service was excellent, but now you do not find any one in customer support who is base in USA, all the calls go to India. and they are rude with no customer service at all, and even they hang-up the calls. or even if the agent in India send you and email and you reply, you will receive a email chain, telling you that they can not answer , out of the office, if you call, to the telephone number in their email, no one answer.
Answer Service AI, do not even make the effort, you will wasting your time.
I was in the phone with him and email to canceling my order, dead end. The order was never cancel totally waste of time and frustration.
Due to Monetary Dell Financials partner did not let me access or proceed with order due technical issues, I decide to place the order with my CC, Dell send me an email, indicating that my CC has error ... error and the order will not go thru.
I decide to cancel the order ( sending email to the Inside Sales Rep) , and stop begging Dell to do business with me.
Surprise from one day to another Dell , confirm that my CC is good and no error , the order was accepted.
Again I tried to contact Dell and sending email the Sales Rep team, to cancel the order , with no solution or answer,
Dell will ship your cancel any way, under the excuse is been build or pack and the order can not be cancel, until you received ( like if Dell work 24 hours and has an army of humans (outsourced) waiting in for all the orders that coming thru) . when you received the package at your door, you will need to request a return, and you know what is going to happen, you will travel to India , if some answer or you can understand, and then you will charge for handling, re-stocking and return shipping.
Now we can understand how Mr. CEO: Michael S. Dell and the board of directors . made and make their money.
Using cheap Indian labor (outsourcing), because we the american we are not good enough and CEO: Michael S. Dell and the board of directors they want to be more and more wealthy.
Think twice when you do business with Dell.
