I purchased a Dell XPS laptop and paid more than $2000 with a credit card. Dell said it shipped via FedEx and sent me a tracking number. FedEx said they delivered it to my address on 8/14/2024 and that someone signed for the delivery. But I am retired and home all day and the computer was never delivered to my home. I filed a claim with FedEx, Dell, my credit card bank, and the Better Business Bureau, all of which sent complaints to Dell. I spoke with Dell several times, and exchanged numerous emails. But both Dell and FedEx say since FedEx said it was delivered, they consider the matter closed. So I am now out $2000+. Throughout this, Dell has been rude and unwiling to negotiate a resolution. Their Customer Service Department is a joke.
