Dell used to be my 'go to' computer company for my business and I must have bought over 150 products from them over the last ten years.
I always found the service to be very hit and miss but the products were good and we had few problems. However, somewhere along the line this has changed and the last £1k desktop I bought was riddled with problems. Things go wrong so that's annoying but acceptable, but after five months of working with Dell Support to try and resolve these issues I have got nowhere. Even though I reported the fault within the first few weeks, they say I am now outside the 30 days return window so they wont take it back. I have wasted so much time and now have an expensive desktop that has issues every day. I simply have to replace it with a different brand and take the hit. Goodbye Dell, you just lost another customer for life.
All be warned... just look at the reviews on here... I wish I had years ago.
