Been a corporate client of Dell for over 1 1/2 decade and used to swear by them for sturdy, reliable and reasonably priced hardware but it seems to have all gone downhill recently. My recent order was cancelled, no reason given and I was asked to place the order again and a third time. I believe I am out of pocket as a result of these complicated order process and I have sent Dell a transcript of my credit card statement asking for an explanation. Calls to their customer support appear to be routed to India with an appalling standard of professionalism for example my call will be connected but I can only hear background chatter from their end. Eventually someone casually identifies themselves, this has happened twice to me, it is unbelievable. I have spent so much time on this tiny order that it's just not worth it. I will move my business elsewhere. It's a shame really, no one seems to care any more.
